Red hat network problem

I have red hat linux.when ever i wnat to install new ethernet connection it does not display my Broadcom 440 x 10/100 NIC.
while it display all other NIC manufactures.I have also Broadcom driver for linux but its not working.what will be solution.plz helpbold text

I don't know much about Linux but try going to www.linuxcompatible.org. You may actually be able to find your issue there under hardware or something.
