ATI Radeon 9200 with windows XP

Have been trying for over a year to get my Radeon 9200 card to work with windows XP to no availe. Let me state that it worked with windows 2000 Pro. Ever since I switched to XP,card has not worked. Keeps shuting down windows. One time I found a driver from Microsoft updates, but have been unable to locate it again. (keep getting the 'catalist' that does not work) Have tried every web site including ATI driver update and keep getting "Catalist' driver update. Anything i can try?

Have you disabled onboard graphics through BIOS?

 

Catalist drivers should work.
