I am a novice to linux. I have the suse 10.0 OS on my puter with xp. I really like it. haven't booted into windows much. have had it on for a few days.
My puter crashed and I decided to install linux when I rebuilt. should have done it a long time ago.
I'm having problems with getting my printer to print. it doesn't print. I have gone to the sites that tell how to get it to work and I guess I'm a bit green. not sure what I'm doing. I get a little red X over the printer icon. I've tried going in a confirguring the printer but don't understand I guess what I'm doing . could someone that know what their doing Please help me. I would appreciate it. thanks mark

Did you try to set it up during the installation of SuSE?
What sites?
Did you try setting it up in Yast?
