Ill make it quick

- I installed XP Professional
- I used partition disk to create the ext3 and swap partitions so I could install linux
- I installed UBUNTU

The I used UBUNTU for a while...later I wanted to check my XP...so I selected it from the GRUB OS selection screen...

BUT...when windows is loading it comes an error that says this:

The Session Manager Initialization system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0xc000003a (0x00000000 0x00000000). The system has been shut down.

Now...is that fixable?
