Update, I tried the control-alt-delete twice, brought up the log in screen and none of our user accounts worked, guest did not work and administrator gave the message: You can not access this account due to account restrictions. HELP PLEASE!!

To access Administrator account on Home XP, you'll need boot your computer to Safe Mode.
Check folder:
"C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft\User Account Pictures". There should be bitmaps named accountname.bmp, example if your account name is 'Donna', then there should .bmp named 'Donna.bmp'.

After booting in safe mode, I was taken to the same log in screen, tried administrator and received a message that said this account was restricted. None of the other accounts would work in safe mode either. Any other suggestions? Thank you, Donna
