Have to switch off to access Outlook Express POP3 emailaccounts.
Tried Personal Firewall configure but machine locks up needing hard re boot.
Where can i get help? Alan

Then, if it doesn't help come back. Perhaps, you could detail the difficulty a little better like - did this happen immediately after you install Norton's. Do you have any other anti-virus protection, etc.
