I'm still unable to install Rhem on XP due to a screen that says I don't have enough space on the "selected disk" - presumably my hard drive. I just defragged, which I do regularly, and I definitely have much more space than this game requires. Has anyone else had this problem?

Are you trying to install it automatically or manually. There is a readme file on the cd about installing it. Also do you have Quicktime installed?

Tried both, and already have quicktime - a higher version than necessary - could that be the problem? The specs say version 4 or higher

Having a higher version of Quicktime is probably not the problem. Your install is bumping into something, but apparently it is not giving you any error messages to help you out.

Hmmm. I don't have a clue. It has been quirky lately, but the fix-it man spent several hours looking for problems and couldn't find a thing. Something is definitely going on, though.

Nope, no error messages, and I've tried getting around the auto-install, but nothing seems to work. At least nothing I know to try.

If by auto-install, do you mean that when you insert the CD it spins up and starts the install process and does not allow you to manually install? Go into your control panel and uninstall the game first. Since the CD should still be in its drive, you can then read the readme doc and manually install the game. Anytime that you don't want the CD to spin up and run, just hold down the left Shift key.
