Hereos Of Might And Magic IV - instalation problem

So I have HOMM4, and I tried to install it, but after few clicks, when setup is starting program sysinfo.exe, whitch is on CD,....this appears:
"unknown softweare exception (0xc0000094)in application on place 0x014767c6 "
what now? frown anyone know???
