Hardware Help! (TV and DVD)

i have a STB TV PCI. there are no NT drivers for it. i tried the drivers sugest on NT Compatible, but then again I cant find a TV program anywhere to test out the card!
Has anyone been able to view TV with the STB TV PCI card?
Has anyone gotten DVD to work with a Creative Labs Dxr2 board? I have the WDM drivers loaded, but I believe the Creative DVD player said it couldnt find my DVD hardware.
