Okay, the mouse is not working.

Today we got a new wireless keyboard and mouse and went to install it.

It is the Wireless Optical Mouse 2.0.

 

It came with a disk to install a program along. I was stupid and didn't read the directions and plugged in the devices before I installed the program. Then when I installed it and restarted the computer the mouse stopped working. It just died. Dead. Gone.

 

I tried to reconnect the mouse to the little receiver do-hickey and restart the computer.

I can't get it to work!

 

I need some help and FYI I'm not COMPLEATLY computer savvy. I'm literate enough to get me by but still forgive me if I ask alot of questions.
