Norton Internet Security problem

I hate this stupid program and it came with my computer. I want to know how to delete it because it say that I don't have the authority to delete it and it's my own computer!!! It prevents me from downloading programs, no matter what setting I put it to and even when I log off it does the same thing. I have contacted every service from Dell to DirecWay, the only two other companies that could affect my downloading, and everything checked clear, and both said it was Norton!! Help me delete the immortal program thats doing me no good anyways!!! please!! Prorodeocowgurl04@hotmail.com

You may want to try booting into safe mode then use add/remove programs to see if you can uninstall from safe mode.

 

If that does not work then try SymNRT.
