I have some large files i'm trying to copy to CD-R. But when i put my cd in the drive, it changes from DVD Ram Drive to CD Drive (D. How do i format my CD so i can store data on it?? I need your help.
Also for some reason, when i right click on the drive, it doesn't give me the option to format the disk, so that won't work

You need a program like nero to burn your cd's.
Or if you're using windows xp you can just drag and drop the files onto your cd-drive.

Are you sure that's a CD-RW? CD-R means "Read", if that is not CD-RW("W" = "Write"), it will not burn. Lots of DVD burners have the capability of reading CD's, but not writing to them. Check the specs for your burner, make sure it is capable of burning a CD.
