Installation Problems with Sim Tower

I'm having problems installing Sim Tower. I have Windows XP and I have installed it before, but something went wrong with our computer and we had to restart our computer completly. I can't remember how I installed it. Any help with this with be a HUGE help. I love Sim Tower.

IT ALMOST STARTED! Yah! I have no idea what I did though. Come on people! 105 people have looked at this topic and no one has replied! Please help me!
