Need for speed II SE ... Dos'nt work!! HELP!!

I have just downloaded the NFSIISE.. I mount the image with DaemonTools. When I first did it the setup started, and I installed it! But when I trie to lunch the game nothing happens.. I have tried "compatility mode" an that stuff, but nothing happens.. What's wrong???
