[Networking101]

Guys i really really need help. You can say that im a noob at this but im trying to learn and im trying to do so as fast as i can. I was trying to get vpn to work at work so i was at the help screen and it told me to make a new remote desktop access or something like tahat. so i followed what it said all of the sudden it said restating somehting and shazam the network was down. i couldnt do anything i restarted the server and nothing there was no more internet access on any of the comps and the server. I checked the DHCT administration and it keeps coming on and off i dont know what happened but i really need to get this fixed aslo i tried to pind the router from a desktop and it pinged but when i tried to ping the server it didnt work. please guys help
