Hard Drive error's

My system seems to be working fine but when I look at the event log there are several error's "The driver detected a controller error on \Device\Harddisk1\DR1.(disk)(event 11) "
and "A parity error was detected on \Device\Ide\IdePort0."(atapi)(event 5)
Just wondering if anyone else is seeing this and or could this be because I'm overclocking a P!!!-450 to 600 and NT is picky enough the difference in the mhz to the IDE controller is cause the event error's? Thanks for any input or information.
