Pretty much anything will work. And I would recommend adding another 256Mb of RAM there too, otherwise, your new video card won't make a big difference. Also, try to locate something other than a GeForce FX card, they are not terribly effective. If you can, find a Radeon 9600 Pro/XT series, or, if you want to go GeForce, try to find a 6600 GT.
Another thing, I noticed you say "256mb sdram". If you're talking PC100/133 SDRAM, and not making a mistaken reference to DDR SDRAM, then you're going to be spending way more than 30. A new motherboard is going to require DDR RAM.
