Laptop problem: screen goes blank in IE

Hi,

I am new here, however I hope you'll help me if you'll know how. The thing is that I recently bought a new Fujitsu Siemens computer (Amilo A1650), however there is one problem that bothers me: sometimes, when i browse the internet using IE and scroll through the page the screen gets white blank and there is nothing left to do, except to turn it off by holding the power button. Hawe anybody experienced something like that? What could be the problem?
