can somebody help me. maybe some one could suggest to me a good site or ebook on debian installation. and also can someone help me on bootin debian coz everytime i boot is that is always use a floppy to boot. i want to use a boot loader. i want a dual boot xp and debian in 1 computer.

Why not start with Debian's own Installation manual.

...as well as their own guide on booting using lilo or grub.

You should install XP first. Then install Debian. This will overwrite the Windows bootloader with GRUB/Lilo. This will allow you to dual-boot.

I think jarves has XP already installed and is booting Debian via a boot floppy disk now?

If this is the case, is grub or lilo installed as the bootloader?
