Hi,
i am new to the forum.

I have windows xp installed with service pack 1a. When i try to access certain forums on the internet which i am a member of and press a link to a post, more often than not it will attempt to load the page in IE. The problem is it says "done" in the bottom left hand corner but the screen in actual all white. If i press F5 it has no effect still a blank white screen.

Any ideas why this happens? I used to be able to access the same forums when i had windows 2000 installed.

I'm having a similar problem. Suddenly, one day, I went to a favorite eb page and all that appeared was a balnk screen (with "done" at the bottom left). Happens only to certain web-sites. Sometimes going into "Tools, internet options, advanced, and pretending to change setting by hitting "ok" allows access to some(but not all) of these blank pages.

Any ideas?
