;( HELP! I cannot get Zoo Tycoon 2 to run properly. After playing for about 3 minutes, the game locks up and a warm boot is impossible. I have to unplug the computer, always. Could there be something wrong with my video card or do I need an upgraded version. I have windows XP, not sure of the video card software (Direct X, not sure if it's this). When I look it up in the file I believe there are alot of ATI files. If I need an upgraded video card, are there free upgrades available anywhere like from the manuafacturer?

Thanks. My son is in tears because I can't get the dang thing to run.
