Hello,
With my father, we want to play a multiplayer Conquest of the new world game, on windows 98. But the probleme is, that when we choose ipx we always have a CRC error after we played a round.

I'M not a pro with computer, and don't understand what these crc errors mean, can somebody explain me what to do ?
(8 years ago we tried on win 95, but we always had these crc errors)

Never played Conquest multiplayer but it sounds like your having network connectivity issues.

You could try the game under DosBox and if the problem doesn't occur under there then it's likely that the host computer or OS is incompatible.
