Basically, having read other threads and messed about a touch with the registry settings of Jeff Wayne's War of the Worlds, I have activated the Network options.

Me and my friend have attempted to play a game over TCP/IP but so far no good. We start the game fine but the moment we do the game freezes and won't allow us to click anything, bring up menus or speed up time. Basically its frozen except the cursor will still move around on screen.

If anyone has successfuly played a game please post here and let me know what you did, reg changes you made etc.
