unable to patch UT 2003

I installed UT 2003 and ran the loki_update utility to patch my game but the utility couldn't download the patch. So I manually downloaded the patch and tried to install it. I got this error msg.

[root@cm69 dangel]# ./ut2003lnx_full2126.sh.bin

Anyone know what's going on here?
