ISDN Modem Stops Respondin after 2 weeks

Hi

I have an ISDN connection at home which i use to dial in to work from time to time. The work ISDN is connected to the main network with NT and 2003 servers. The work modem seems to work fine for approx 2 weeks but then just stops responding when i try to dial in from home.

I actually have to reboot the main server to get the ISDN modem back up and running. Simply restarting the modem doesnt seem to rectify the problem.

Any ideas?? This is a pure nuisance and I cant seem to find any further information on this issue.
