Please could anyone help, I have a win TV PVR 250 model number 983. I don't know much about computers I read the instructions and did as it said put the hardware into the computer, total black screen couldn't load software couldn't do anything, computer completely locked up until I removed hardware then the computer runs fine. If anyone could help I would be eternally grateful, but please could you put it in layman's terms, as I'm a bit technically challenged
