yup. I saw it at work Information security sent it out saying to check the threat level for HPUX and Solaris. I found the threat to be low, because we don't use it on our systems 
. this is the same ISD that recommends IE over Firefox.
The lesson to be learned here is never use proprietary sotware when there is open source software equivalent
