"EXPLORER.EXE".............. ANYONE?

What do you think is wrong? Whenever you right-click @ your desktop an error occurs saying "Explorer.exe etc... Cannot write to memory" after you click "ok" the desktop refreshes.

OS is XP

ANY ONE???? PLS

1. Update your Windows at WindowsUpdate site
2. If the 1. didn't work then download autoruns from sysinternals.com and explore all apps and dll's that "hangs" upon explorer
