How to use SwitchProxy with Dial-Up access ???

Hi,
I want to know how can I use SwitchProxy [FF extension] with Dial Up access, where to configure proxy settings ? etc......Please explain all stuffs,

See the "Edit" button?

Click Tools > SwitchProxy to access all the SwitchProxy features. You can add, edit and remove proxies by clicking the "Manage Proxies" menu item.

Firefox's proxy settings: Tools - Options - General tab - Connection Settings.
