That tool is an excellent program. I've been using it for years. There are other tools out there that work better(err more user friendly), but they are not free. ERD commander, AVAST! Bart CD, and O&O Bluecon XXL. I'm sure there are more out there.

But, Offline NT Password & Registry Editor, is the best free one out there.

Yeah. It is pretty neat program. I have restored several passwords with that.
