Error Message

I keep getting the error message when I first start my computer and it looks like this.... 0XC0000005 Can anyone help me? If you need the full code it is 0X0000007E (0XC0000005, 0XF7A09051, 0XF7BF6180, 0XF7BF5E7C). Thanks

What operating system?
And other specs about your system?

Have you tried safe mode?

I have a Dell Dimension 2350 and I run on Windows XP, sorry about that. 768 mb RAM with 60GB Hard Drive. Radeon 9200 Video Card. I haven't run it in safe mode yet. MY computer doesn't seem to have any problems when I run it, only at start-up it tells me to reboot. I searched for the error code and it said it was do to stopping the degragmentor unexpectingly.
