I'm working on a project that involves modification to YaST .ycp modules and testing via y2base looks ideal..... Except, I can't get y2base to accept the parameters I try to pass to the .ycp module. And there seems to be almost no documentation on the use of y2base: Chapter 4 of the YaST2 documentation tries to cover y2base in a single page. and it mostly uses the y2base help text.

If you have y2base examples that you could share, or point to, that would be great. Or is there a book that actually details YaST development, and explains y2base usage in detail?

Any help appeciated.
