Guys! Help me plz..I can't use MS-DOS

I can not run or install any program with MS-DOS at all. Everytime that I click install or run any program it will just show the window of MS-DOS but after 2-3 seconds the window was gone! I really dont know what to do

Please help me!!!!!!!

Well, one thing you can try:
copy "autoexec.nt" and "config.nt" from "c:\windows\repair" to "C:\windows\system32".
