Before proceeding with my question, let it be known that I am a Linux newbie.....having spent the last 7 or 8 years in Microsoft-land (VB, ASP, ASpx, C#, etc). With a new Linux project assignment I'm getting my feet wet quickly with SuSE SLES 9.

My questions are:
() how does one create & build a new YaST theme? Can't seem to find any doc on this.

() besides the SuSE YaST doc, what are the best sources for info on configuring and/or customizing YaST?

I want YaST to appear as close to vanilla as possible (w/o SuSE graphics and text such as "SuSE", "Linux", "Novell", etc). Also I need to configure specific YaST screens so that user options listed are a subset of the defaults.

Any help pointing me in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.
