Corporate Edition NT Client Install Tool not viewing all computers

I could not see all the computers on the
microsoft windows network on the
left panel of the NT Client Tool.
The computers that I see the IP ranges 192.168.1.1-192.168.1.255
but the IP 192.168.4.1-192.168.4.255 these
are the ones that I don't see. All computers
are under one domain.

Is there a way to see all the computers?
