My Cpu says CPU system failed due to overclocking

When I open windows xp,Its says Cpu system failed due to overclocking, 1st of all my system isn't overclocked ( i think)
I have a intel p4 3.4ghz LGA775, memory - 1gb-2x512mb-200gb HD,the only thing that overclocked is my video card it has cooler on it .
I did install a new heatsink _Artic freezer 7_
