Visioneer 3100USB Need Help

When trying to install with the drivers off the disk I get "The installation failed because a function driver was not specified fot this device." The the driver doesn't load. Does anyone have a work around for this? Any help would be appreciated.

I have the same scanner and have been trying for close to a month to get it working in win2k... think your just gonna have to wait till Visioneer releases win2k drivers for it
