mouse pointer skips to corners!!!

and the screen spins every few minutes when playing games.Unbelievable !!!ive done everything.I even have a new laptop and new mouse. Ive restored and I can only think its coming from the other 3 users on their network downstairs from me. Its a real bitz of a virus or something .Help anyone!!!!!
