I recommend running The Windows 2000 Readiness Analyzer or check the Upgrading to Windows 2000 page that Microsoft provides.
In particular check out the Hardware Compatibility List. It's that simple!

The only questionable thing that I see is the ISA modem. but you should go and check out the HCL from microsoft and see if all your stuff works.

ISA, modem shouldn't be a problem, but you will probably have to set it up as a standard 56k modem, until drivers are availinle for it. The Surestore, won't have DirectCD until around march, but other than that, try out the readiness analyzer

don't see much problem except win2000 will not detect your g400 as g400 it will detect it as a standard vga card, but you can update that driver to g400 w2k beta driver. my zoom isa modem was detected as unknown modem but it works.

I have the same modem as yours and the installation put drivers in for me and they work with no problem.
