NT Install problem on DELL Dimension 3000

I cannot seem to install NT 4.0 on DELL Dimension 3000. Every time system get booted with CD, loads set of drivers and then flashs the screen and reboots.
Please help.

DELL Dimension 3000
WD400BB 40GB HDD
2.4Ghz Celeron Processor

What IDE controller are you using? Some of the newer IDE controllers newer than ata 66 might require drivers before the OS can be installed. I had an old Abit board that required drivers before I could install win2000 and XP when it came out.
