NTKERN.VXD device loaders could not load device driver

is the message i get in Control Pannel/System/Devices tab
for my Ezonics EZCam II Driver properties, and anytime i reinstall the driver (which is connextant) , it acts as if everything went perfectly according to plan, but when i reboot, Ezonics Ezcam II is still in the list of uninstalled devices with an exclamation mark.
