Delay when i log on

Hi! Well... i have this trouble... when i turn off my computer and i Windows log on into my account, the desktop open right, BUT just the 50% of the applications run at that moment, ( Norton (in "deactivate mode") Skype, AIM and Volume Tray) and after... 30 seconds, MSN & Incredimail run, and in that moment, i can start using all the features (ISP, My PC, My Documents, etcetc) i'm gonna post the hardware devices...

PLEASE HELP ME!

I would suspect the Norton av is slowing you down, but you say it is deactived, so... smile

The more programs you start with Windows, the more slower it will start.

What if you defrag your harddrive(s)?

Start->Run, execute "dfrg.msc".
or:
Start->Programs->Accessories->System Tools->Disk Defragmenter

Also check your system for spy/adware and viruses.
