A Problem With Heroes of Might & Magic 4

Hi .
I've tried to install the game, but when I click on the install
button, it goes to the installation screen and then it asks about the DirectX.
I click no, then next, then Yes.

Then, it gives me the following Error :
"InstallShield Engine has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."
And I have the Don't Send and Send buttons .

What's the problem ???
