Turbo Vision help

Hi, I recently installed mandrake 10.1 (first linux distro for me) and I have come across a few programs that require turbo vision (text base interface). I have tried to install it but I get a few errors and I don't know if I'm doing something wrong.

I was wondering if someone else has this program installed and would be willing to write a quick run through on how they installed it or point me in the direction of some. The instructions I have come across seem greek to me.
