Lost setting for my Targa Monitor Help!!!!!!

Help,

I have lost the settings for my Targa monitor. I have only one screen resolution which is 640 by something and When i go into the control panel in windows 98 SE and go into my screen resolution settings i cannot alter this. I have downloaded the correct drivers for the monitor and installed it, but this still does nothing. Has anyone any suggestions..............
