Hi Guys really need some major help before my brain boils over.

For some unknown reason (at least I can't understand it.) All my games have started to do some really annoying sound loop crashes. Now the weird thing is that some times it can take hours or in the case of Vampire Bloodlines before it gets past the intro cutscene. I've tried everything I can think of the only thing I can think it might be is my Sound blaster Live card. As this seems to be a problem with loads of people.

Please help
