In the past my drives had worked fine.. My burner went out so I bought a new one: the Memorex 52MAXX 3252AJ. After installing that drive I booted up my computer and drivers for both drives were not properly loaded windows now reports. So now both my drives have exlamation (!) marks by them. I have searched high and low for drivers for these drives and I either havn't found any, or they havn't worked.

Ive tried uninstalling drivers, reinstalling them (under device manager tab)

I found a getleman on one site stating: "Unable to install. My Cdrom was not working driver would not install,
Went on Nt Compatable forum found solution, deleated upper and lower filters ,rebooted, back in busines. I have DriverGuide tool kit, was able to back up all my drivers easily, Thanks Bruno"


So I am hoping someone could help me out, I am a bit desperate. If someone is familiar with this Deleting lower and upper filters, that'd be awsome!
