hey guys,

i'm running slackware 10 and i'm trying to install evolution 2.0.3 and it is complaing, it's asking for a file "libegroupwise-1.0" which is part of the evolution-data-server-devel package. I installed the regualr evolution-data-server-1.0.3.tar.gz package but i guess it needs the development libs for some reason.

Can some one please help me in finding the development package.

thanks

Bob

With Slackware it certainly does matter. Slack is not an RPM based distro. Look here...
