Installed 2003 and lost admin rights on my Win Me

I installed 2003 Server on my computer tha talready had Win Me on it. Everything is working fine with the dual boot but when I boot to Me I don't have any rights to se control panel, change backgrounds etc. I tried login in with the same admin password as in 2003 but didn't work. I don't know why I lost the rights and how to get them back.
It is a lonely homecomputer, only network with one other computer and I am the only user and previous to install of 2003 I had all the rights.
What can I do?
