I currently am running a dual-boot configuration with FC2 and Win XP but i would now like to completely remove Win XP and its NTFS partition. Is there any way i can remove the partition and allow FC2 to use it as disk space?

yup. just fdisk /dev/XXX...then type, d for delete, type which number the xp partition is. And bam its gone. Then do, type n, for new, type the partiton number, type w-this writes the new table, then do mk2fs /dev/xxxX to make it a ext2(I think that the command for ext2 drives. As long as you dont' delete your fc2 partition you will not lose info in doing this.
